The Body: Vessel for the Soul is a collaborative effort between Sue Anne Foster (Art Department) and Kalyn Coppedge (Student Health Services) at Sacramento State. This exhibit is an extension of a national focus (the
Love Your Body campaign) on addressing body image that they suggest has typically been portrayed through a very narrow lens in this country. At a time when advertising sets forth an ideal that is less than realistic, this exhibit approaches the theme from a wide range of perspectives.
